09/24 - Systems Outage - Dealer Extranet, DRT (RESOLVED)


Good day team,

We have noted a system outage that is affecting the below Digicel applications:
  1. Dealer Extranet
  2. SIM Replacement GUI
  3. Promotions GUI
  4. Digicel Repairs Tracker
  5. Etc.
This is presently being investigated by our technical team for a resolution.  

We will notify via this medium once the issue is resolved. Sorry about any inconvenience caused.
